How this works

  1. Connect your official Meta WhatsApp Business Cloud API.
  2. Create and approve the four message templates shown in API & Templates.
  3. Turn on the modules you want.
  4. Payment reminders always re-check the real Ledger Due before sending.

Safety

Student password is never stored as plain text. “New Password & Send” creates a fresh temporary password. If Meta rejects the message, the student password is not changed.

WhatsApp opt-in must be ON for student/service messages.

Student Login ID + New Password

Send student-wise or bulk. Sending generates a new temporary password and invalidates the old one after Meta accepts the message.

Columns: Name, Mobile Number, Consent (YES). Only contacts with recorded WhatsApp opt-in are allowed. Uploaded recipients can be used instead of the student audience.
